Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 48 hours of receiving the product, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Certain products, such as personal care items, perishables, or customized goods, are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Process for Return

- Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the item from your address or provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Items must be returned within 7 days after the return is approved.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund after verifying the issue.
- Please provide clear photos & unboxing videos of the damaged or defective product when submitting your claim.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless received in a damaged or defective condition:
- Perishable goods (food items, flowers, etc.)
- Personal care items (cosmetics, grooming tools, etc.)
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
- If your refund is delayed beyond this period, please contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Free Returns: We offer free return shipping for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- For voluntary returns (i.e., returns for reasons other than product defects), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please follow the return process above and specify your request. We will exchange the item if the requested variant is available.
- In case the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier. After this period, the order cannot be canceled.
